Basketball Education in Action is committed to inspiring the next generations of women leaders.
The Junior Counselor Program is open to current college student-athletes or recent graduates. Junior Counselors will be immersed in the TABLA leadership curriculum and partake in their own leadership development.

Responsibilities:
- Advocate for girls and women’s sports for gender equity
- Attend in a JC training a week prior to camp
- Facilitate breakout discussions and competitions with a team of 5-8 campers
- Lead and participate in leadership activities
- Teach skill stations and group drills
- Check in with campers on their final projects
- Share your experiences on the Junior Counselor panel
- Actively contribute ideas to improve the missions of TABLA
- Take the lead in a specific role: Social Media Coordinator, Editorial Coordinator, Community Day Coordinator, Guest Speaker Coordinator, Community Outreach, etc.
