“Shake Off Your Rust” Boot Camp

2015: September 1-2 (Tues-Wednesday) 6-9pm

Academy Sports Center (2810 Lincoln Way, Lynnwood)

Join the best and brightest of high school basketball girls and learn from and compete with the most awesome team of women coaches in the Puget Sound!

Our unique camp features college-level drills, emphasizes new skills development and high-pressure competitions, as well as time-sensitive goal-setting and off-season workshops to get them ready for their best winter season yet!

HS Pre-Season Boot Camp ’14

Get Ready for Your Best Season Yet!

Boot Camp 2014 (Nov. 9 at Blanchet HS) & 2015 (Nov 14 at Academy Sports Center) were a success!

Our camps are high-intensity and high-energy. We offer a low trainer-to-player ratio, and provide experts at every position. Our Boot Camp focuses on injury prevention, individual skills, conditioning and agility. Our trainers run drills and scrimmage with the girls; we provide individual guidance and challenge them to push themselves to take their games to the next level.

Boot Camp is free to players in the BEA Mentorship Program!

Blanchet Feeder Program – trainings (2014-15)

We ran a series of six trainings for the 6th-8th grade feeder teams at Blanchet. Among the trainers were collegiate All-American Jennifer Bresler, NCAA Elite-8 Morgan Harter, high school All-American nominee Amy Donovan, Big-Sky All-Conference Sarah Ena, as well as coaches Ashley Garrett and Natalia Valdez.

We ran four pre-season training sessions for the Blanchet High School team to help the girls get ready for another state championship run in 2014-2015 season!
